Your order is not confirmed until Pasta Dalla Costa confirms acceptance. Before accepting an order, we must receive and process payment. Please review your order carefully before submission, as Pasta Dalla Costa may be unable to accommodate requests to cancel an order after acceptance. If an order is rejected, modified, or canceled, we will notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number you provided at the time of order submission.

We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays attributable to shipping carriers, customs processes, or events beyond our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Pasta Dalla Costa is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Pasta Dalla Costa.
