Refund policy

Right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery — at the customer’s expense

Our 14-day returns policy provides that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened and undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The amount, which will be communicated upon acceptance of the return, will be deducted from the refund.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day withdrawal period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The conditions stated in the paragraph above apply.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
